Ordering & payment
All prices are in South African Rand. Payment is made securely through Payfast by card, Instant EFT or the other methods Payfast offers. Afrikare never sees or stores your card details.
Delivery
We deliver across South Africa by courier for a flat fee of R80 per order. Our products are handcrafted in small batches, so please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched, plus courier time. We will contact you if there is any delay.
Returns & refunds
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order reference, and we will replace the item or refund you.
Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return delivery costs are for the customer's account. Refunds are paid back via Payfast to the original payment method.
